Commission for the International Year of Quantum Physics and for the exhibition “The Quantum Studio: Perspectives on the Infinitely Small” at the Collège de France

Through several weeks of residencies in collaboration with researchers in quantum physics and with young audiences, I created a tribute to La Fée Électricité by Raoul Dufy, transposing it into the world of quantum physics. From Antiquity, through the first Solvay Conferences, to recent advances in cold atoms and quantum computing, this fresco traces the major milestones of a discipline that has transformed not only science and technology but also our understanding of the world.

It brings together a condensed collection of my impressions, notes, and exchanges gathered during these residencies. The frieze highlights major theoretical and experimental discoveries, key figures in the field, as well as those who continue today to extend this imagination through new representations and ideas.
